BreakThrough and Latham Springs are now registering for camps 100% online. BreakThrough directors will be sending out emails with registration links and instructions between October - March.

If you would like to be on the email list to receive updates on registrations, please use the contact form on the home page. Include your name, position with the church, email address and best contact number in case of issues.

Required camp forms for any person on the camp ground is listed below;

  1. Campers who completed 2nd - 6th grades need the full online registration form.

  2. Adults over the age of 18 must have the full registration form, PLUS complete a child protection training class and bring the certificate to camp each year. They must also be listed on the sponsor verification form signed by the pastor and their church must have a copy of a recent background check on file.

  3. R.A.T. Packers MUST be approved ahead of time, their church must have at least one active member on the planning staff team, and must be at least 15years old. They must also complete the full registration form.

  4. Any child who is younger than camper age but must attend due to parents involvement must also complete the full registration form. Any child over the age of 2 will be charged a full camper rate.

Allergy and Dietary restriction form - This form MUST be emailed or faxed back to Latham Springs directly.

Sponsor Verification Form

Any camper who needs to leave early for any reason, if it is known in advance, MUST complete this form and bring it to registration.

Child Protection Training Videos, Tests and Certificates will be emailed to registered Churches 3 months prior to camp. It is up to each church to show the video, administer the exam, and bring completed certificates on every adult 18 and over each year. Certificates are good for 2 years, but we must keep a copy on each person every year.
